General Policy for Digital Marketing & Web Development Services
Non-tangible Services: Since our services are non-tangible, refunds or returns are generally not applicable once the work has commenced. Each project requires significant time and resources dedicated to fulfilling client requests.
Customization and Project Scope: Our services are customized according to client requirements. Changes to the project scope or timeline may affect refund or cancellation options.
Digital Marketing Services Refund Policy
A. Cancellation and Refund
1. Ongoing Monthly Services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media):
a) Cancellations must be requested 7 days before the next billing cycle; services rendered during the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
b) Partial refunds are not available for completed work within an ongoing monthly cycle.
2. One-time Projects:
a) A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
b) If no work has started, a full refund can be requested within 7 days of payment.
B. No Guarantees for Specific Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., traffic increases, conversions). Refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction with results unless there is a failure to provide agreed-upon services.
Web Development Services Refund Policy
A. Cancellation and Refund
1. Project-Based Work:
a) A full refund is available only if no work has started. If canceled after work has begun, a partial refund will be provided based on completed work.
b) Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@barakahit.com within 1 working day of project initiation.
2. Phased Deliverables:
Web development projects are divided into phases (e.g., design, development). Refunds are not provided for completed phases once approved by the client.
B. Scope Changes and Adjustments
If clients request changes outside the initial scope of work, additional charges may apply, which do not qualify for a refund.
C. Failure to Provide Required Information
Clients must provide all necessary content and information on time. Delays in providing this information may affect the project timeline; refunds will not be granted due to such delays.
Process for Requesting Refunds

b) Date of purchase
c) Reason for the refund request
We will review your case and notify you of the status within 7 business days. If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Dispute Resolution
