Barakah IT is seeking a proactive Sales and Call Center Executive to expand its client base and drive IT service sales. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer support. Job Responsibility
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Present and promote Barakah IT’s services to meet customer needs and close deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Call Handling:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address further opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, leads, and progress using CRM tools.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call reports.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve strategies.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share customer insights to enhance service offerings and improve processes.
Customer Support:
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every stage of the sales process.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates with a Diploma and proven experience in sales or call center roles are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirement
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, call center, or telemarketing roles.
- Experience in IT service sales or client relationship management will be a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirement
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (both verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and solutions is an added advantage.
